Polybag / Bag Machine Attachments
Range of continuous plastic/poly bag hole punching machines, capable of punching plastic bags and other film materials, perforating
round holes from 0.8 mm to 120 mm in diameter on moving webs, as well as special holes, pre-cuts, customized shapes and sizes, for
materials up to a thickness of 800 microns. The most common applications are handles for bags, euroslot holes, laser micro-perforation,
cuts and pre-cuts.
Jenton offers a range of microperforation and hole punching equipment from Laserpin, and its own range Punchline .

PUNCHES
The supporting structure, subject to the customer’s requirements, is set with different punches. Each punch consists of a punching head
and die. The supporting structure LP is compatible with punches producing both round and shaped holes.
ROUND HOLES
The punches consisting of the punching head and die, allow the production of round holes with a diameter of 2mm up to 50 mm. The dies
are designed to last as long as possible, but they are at the same time the only consumable parts of the working process. Laserpin offers
both disposable and sharpenable dies. The dies are usually designed for a complete circular cut, but dies for a partial cut only are
available too, leaving the bid attached to the material.
SHAPED HOLES
Shaped holes are all non-circular perforations, such as triangles, squares, triangles, rectangles, euroslot holes, handles and much more.
Customized shapes are available upon request.
LP
Hole Punch Double Sided High Speed for Moving Webs
LPE2
Model number LPE2 is a double sided punch, with the tools mounted on both sides of the supporting structure , in order to double the
punching frequency or to reduce the minimum transversal longitudinal distance between the holes. This model is perfect if a high material
speed is required or a large number of holes is required.
PUNCHES
The supporting structure, subject to the customer’s requirements, is set with different punches. Each punch consists of the punching head
and the die. The supporting structure LPE2 is compatible with punches producing both round and shaped holes. Inox punches are also
available. The punching unit has a touch-screen electronic control, able to control all the available functions, such as managing double
structures and controlling each punching head separately.
ROUND HOLES
The punches consist of a punching head and die, producing round holes from a diameter of 2mm up to 50 mm. The dies are designed to
last as long as possible, but they are at the same time the only consumable parts of the working process. Lasperin offers both disposable
and sharpenable dies. The dies are usually designed for a complete circular cut, but dies for a partial cut only are available too, leaving
the bid attached to the material.
SHAPED HOLES
Shaped holes are all non-circular perforations, such as triangles, squares, triangles, rectangles, euroslot holes, handles and much more.
Customized shapes are available upon request.
Large and Small Diameter Punching Unit
The SIDE UNIT is a side supporting structure designed for when a single hole is required at the side of the material. It has a maximum
punching depth of 450 mm and it can actually cover all its market requirements. It is available in many configurations in order to meet
different installation and punching needs.
PUNCHES
The supporting structure, according to the customer’s requirements, is set with different punches. Each punch consists of the punching
head and the die. The supporting structure SIDE UNIT is compatible with punches producing both round and shaped holes. Inox punches
are also available.
ROUND HOLES
The punches consist of a punching head and die, producing round holes with a diameter of 3 mm up to 120 mm. The dies are designed to
last as long as possible, but they are at the same time the only consumable parts of the working process. Laserpin offers both disposable
and sharpenable dies.
The LP is the smallest model in the Laserpin family, able to form holes in a moving web on all types of
plastic film up to a maximum thickness of 800 microns.
For best results the speed of the film should be well controlled and constant. With easy installation
and adaptability, the tool can be moved along the structure, giving easy quick alignment of the
punch heads.
The punch action is controlled pneumatically through specially designed control valves.
Micro Perforation
Laserpin also offer complete range of hot and cold microperforation units with hole sizes varying from 0.5 mm – 2.8 mm diameter.
Cold Microperforation
Cold Perforation technology, original applications date back in the 1960’s, still offering an excellent value for money solution. In simpler
units the material is propelled by the motion of the film, when a more precise result is required perforators are motor driven.

Hot Perforation Plastic Bag Hole Punch Machine
The top of the range unit , heated using infrared lamps, with three settings. It can operate at line
speeds of over 250 m /min.
The unit also adapts to the speed of the film tracking the film, guaranteeing perfect holes in
thermoplastic material.
The basic model in the Laserpin hot perforation range. The heater is operated by infrared heaters
allowing the needle to heat uniformly, optimising perforation of thermoplastic film.
This unit is recommended for use with any thermoplastic film from 16 -25 micron thick at a needle
density of 4 to 16 perforations/ cm
2
Simple, efficient and easy to install, the roller is propelled by the motion of the film, creating
perforations in film, paper and aluminium foil.
The two control knobs allow the user to adjust the depth of penetration therefore determining the
diameter of the hole. Also pneumatically controlled allowing the user to remotely manage the
perforating process
Hot Micro Perforation
The needles are mounted on insulated interchangeable cylinders, allowing the user to perforate mono or bi-oriented film.
When perforating with hot needles the hole is caused by melting the film, forming a neat hole.
This technology has been developed since the 1980’s.
Part of the Cold Perforation unit family, this unit has an oversized needle shaft structure to ensure
accurate diameter holes in thicker materials, also suitable for use were high density perforations are
required ( up to 48 perforations /cm
2
).
The unit is motorised allowing the user to match the speed of the perforator to that of the film, enabling
a precision result.
